Viridian Reserve is a 165 lot subdivision designed and built in partnership with Davenport Land II, LLC. It was the first neighborhood to introduce Cox "Gigablast Technology" in Virginia and the first to implement "Covered Bus Stops" throughout the neighborhood in the City of Chesapeake.
