Traditions at Great Bridge
A truly unique multi-generational "Village" designed community consisting of Commercial / Retail and residential "Row Townhomes" & Cottages. This project will be the first of its kind in Chesapeake and will be developed under the "Great Bridge Village Design District" guidelines. Prempay Development is very excited to partner with Stephen Alexander Homes to create the "Village" experience through design and architecture to preserve the history of Great Bridge.
Commercial / Retail with Flat over Flat Condominiums
The commercial development will feature two 3 story buildings on each side of the main entrance and will include restaurants, specialty shoppes, and retail office space. The architectural design will be consistent with the original "Great Bridge High School". The unique Flat over Flat style condominiums will feature 12 - 2 bedroom / 2 Bath units in each building.
Row Townhomes
The "Row Homes" will feature open space front yards and rear load garages. The two and three story Row Homes will feature 3 and 4 bedroom units with an open space concept. The designs will feature many options.
Empty Nester Cottages
The detached "Cottages" will be the first of its kind in Chesapeake for the "Empty Nester" that wants the luxury of their own home with no maintenance or yard work. Each home will front a beautiful open green space and the community will feature a outside pavilion with an outdoor grill and a community fire pit.
ROW Town Homes
Designed exclusively For Traditions at Great Bridge
Phase 1 of the residential section of The Traditions at Great Bridge will include 59 Town Homes designed and built by the Award Winning Builder "Stephen Alexander Homes & Neighborhoods". We anticipate construction to start in the Spring of 2022.
