Knick's Reserve

Knick’s Reserve is a community thoughtfully planned and designed to foster connection, social interactions and a true sense of community.

Our development team worked diligently to create a neighborhood that reflects the rich history, culture, and architectural character of the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake and will incorporate expansive open spaces, community gardens, inviting gathering areas, scenic walking paths, prayer garden, and a shared community pier. Knick’s Reserve will have 77 Single Family homes.

Ashburn Meadows / Viridian Reserve Ph. 4

Prempay Development, in partnership with Home Associates of Virginia, will develop a large scale PUD community located in the Hickory section of Chesapeake. Ashburn Meadows has been designed to provide an architecturally pleasing, quality, multi-generational community that will provide a variety of quality housing opportunities designed to stand the test of time.

Ashburn Meadows will provide its residents a sense of community using thoughtful architectural designs, tree lined streets and pedestrian friendly sidewalks connected to a network of walking trails creating nearly 7 miles of paved walking surface designed with walkability and connectivity in mind.

Traditions at Great Bridge

A truly unique multi-generational "Village" designed community consisting of Commercial / Retail and residential "Row Townhomes" & Cottages. This project will be the first of its kind in Chesapeake and will be developed under the "Great Bridge Village Design District" guidelines. Prempay Development is very excited to partner with Stephen Alexander Homes to create the "Village" experience through design and architecture to preserve the history of Great Bridge.

Row Townhomes

The "Row Homes" will feature open space front yards and rear load garages. The two and three story Row Homes will feature 3 and 4 bedroom units with an open space concept. The designs will feature many options.

Single Family Cottages

The detached "Cottages" will be the first of its kind in Chesapeake for the "Empty Nester" that wants the luxury of their own home with no maintenance or yard work. Each home will front a beautiful open green space and the community will feature a outside pavilion with an outdoor grill and a community fire pit.

Joseph's Meadow

Joseph's Meadow is a cluster Cottage Style Community located in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake that will consist of Twenty-Eight (28) Homes: fourteen (14) attached Luxury style homes, and fourteen (14) detached craftsman style homes built by award winning Builder “Stephen Alexander Homes”. Each home is designed with Rear/Side load garages that are located behind the main living area and front porches that are close to the sidewalks so that they are able to communicate with their neighbors as they walk by.

Roberson Park

Roberson Park will sit in the center of the neighborhood. Designed with community in mind, the park will feature an open pavillion, beautiful landcape with park benches, picnic tables, fire pits, and hanging swings for outdoor enjoyment and entertainment.
