Prempay Development enjoys working with the top Land Planning Designers, Engineers, and Site Work Contractors in the Hampton Roads area to develop unique residential developments designed for neighbors to live in a community with open space, pedestrian friendly trails, and amenities that allow neighbors to "live life together" !

Prempay Development provides consulting as a tool to assist other area Developers in Site Plan review and provides value engineering throughout the construction plan approval process.  

Prempay Development supports many community projects.  We have partnered with Chesapeake Public Schools to initiate a food distribution program during the Covid19 shutdown and continues to support "Faith In Chesapeake" in helping to raise funds for families in need. 

 in 2017, the owner of Prempay created and implemented a Tudor/Mentor program at a local High School in Chesapeake that reaches over 130 students each semester, and provides support to the students and their families.

  In 2022, Prempay was instrumental in funding the first Merchant Marine Seaman Program at Oscar Smith High School that allows graduates the opportunity to gain their credentials and start their career as a Merchant Marine.  Through 2024,  over 40 students have gained credentials and have been promoted through the program.

Prempay also supports "Nelly's House", a school lunch program in Southern Haiti, supporting 22 schools and provides hot meals to over 4,500 school aged children on a daily basis.
